CORNED BEEF AND BEANS DELIGHT

Hello everyone.

Today I would like to talk to you about the biggest invention since penicillin.

I do believe this is the first recipe invention for the 21st Century.

This is not my own recipe, so do not start giving me credit for it.

It has been created by one of my assistants, Chantal.

Recently, she placed a plate of cookies on my desk.

I looked at them. Admired them, however, I did not touch them.

I did not immediately indulge in them because my doctor told me the only contact I can have with cookies and sweets is with a pair of binoculars.

Chantal mentioned that they did not contain any sugar and prompted me to try them.
I did.

To my surprise I discovered that these cookies were not really cookies.
They were cookie look-a-likes and each morsel appeared to be a complete meal.

I do not have a name for this dish at present.
However, by the time I finish this article I am certain I will christen them.

They were very appealing and very tasty.

Obviously, at a later date she recreated the recipe to allow me to take photos of the procedure.

The following ingredients are required.

Flour (and I do not mean 6 roses and robbing thief, I specifically suggest Mr. Goudas Flour, the best flour on the market), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Corned Beef, 9 Bean Symphony, Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, Trinidad Style Hot Sauce and Tamarind Sauce.

Of course, all these products are available under the Mr. Goudas Label.

You will also need a couple green onions.

Firstly, you have to create a flour based batter.

Place one cup of flour in a large pot and add enough water to form a thick paste.

Add a dash of salt,

a tablespoon or two of Mr. Goudas Trinidad Style Hot Sauce.

You may use regular table salt or sea salt if you prefer.

The difference will be explained in another session.

Stir to blend the spices into the flour batter.

Open a can of the best Corned Beef on the market. Mr. Goudas Corned Beef, of course.

You may also use Hereford or Grace brand. Anything else is questionable.

Slice and place the contents into the flour batter.

I saw you sample a spoonful and smile.

It is good right out of the can, right?

Next, open the 9 Bean Mix, drain off the water and add the beans to pot.

Wash and cut a couple green onions into paper thin slices and toss in.

The photo depicts all the ingredients.

Are you wondering what to do next?

Using your wooden spoon break the corned beef into pieces not into a pulp.

Stir gently to pieces to blend ingredients.

Are you still wondering what to do next since the batter is uncooked?

Place a frying pan on the stove and add a generous portion of Mr. Goudas Extra Virgin Olive Oil and heat up at medium to high level.

Carefully place one spoonful of the mixture at a time and fry for a couple minutes on each side.

Continue the process until all the batter is utilized and this colour is achieved.

Place cooked cookies on a plate lined with a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.

You may eat them as is.

An alternate serving suggestion is to serve this with a bed of Basmati Rice and a lettuce salad.

The bean salad is there for decorative purposes only.

A tablespoon or two of Mr. Goudas Tamarind Sauce and Trinidad Style Hot Sauce are perfect to enhance the flavour of these Corned Beef and Bean Delights.

There it is! The name just popped into my head, I call them Chantal's Corned Beef and Bean Delights.

Many thanks to Ms. Chantal for creating this recipe and I told her that I am pleased that she is a Goudas employee and a firm supporter of my products.

I noticed that all my employees utilize my line of products in their homes.

This is a huge accomplishment and achievement for me because I believe if I cannot satify my employees with my products, How could I satify the rest of the world?

I have two links to verify this statement.

The first one is at the employees Christmas Party in 1995 titled Christmas Speech 1995 Part 6.

The second on is Mr. Willie Williams, Big Willie, in his speech at the celebration of Mr. Goudas 30 years in Canada.

What a wonderful endorsement of my products!

Lately, Chantal has been trained by me and has become very proficient at the game Backgammon or Tavli. In fact, I believes that she will become the first female Tavli champion from Cambodia. I have noticed lately that my article about Tavli has become the number one in Google search, by entering the following key words ( Backgammon Tavli ) in the video search. This is a small reminder that this game is very popular in the Middle East regions and there are numerous articles and videos related to the game. Nevertheless, my video has reached number one status in google search. Although I am very excited that this video has reached the top and appeals to possibly millions of viewers, I wish to remind you that this article is about Cambodia and I prefer that instead of spending time learning Backgammon/Tavli that you should concentrate on the topic of Cambodian and the immense contribution of John Richard Pilger.
