Consequently, there are many ways of preparing it. 

In European countries, the Meatloaf may contain a variety of meat and a hard boiled egg or two in the centre.

Basic Ingredients:

1 to 2 lb. Lean Ground Beef
1 egg
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1 Green Onion
1/2 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup of Breadcrumbs
Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Place Ground Beef in large bowl.

Chop Onion, Garlic and Green Onion into fine pieces. 
Toss in with Ground Beef and blend in.

Add Breadcrumbs and incorporate into meat.

Whisk Egg in small glass container.

Add Cream of Mushroom Soup Salt, Black Pepper to taste (approx. 1/4 tsp), 1 tbsp. Mr. Goudas Trinidad Style Hot Sauce and blend in with the meat.  

Lightly grease a loaf pan or baking dish.

Form the meat mixture into a loaf and place in loaf pan or baking dish. 

Place in the oven at 375 degrees F for 1and 1/2 hours (90 minutes).

Excellent with potatoes, rice, or a salad.
