SHRIMPS with CORN, POTATOES and ONIONS

There are no set rules when one's taste buds call for a particular food or food combination.

Today, I felt like eating Corn, Potatoes and Shrimp.

I cut one Potato into French-fry style pieces, diced a medium Onion and washed a few Shrimps.

In a large frying pan, I added enough Extra Virgin Olive Oil to fry my Potatoes.

When I felt they were just about ready, I poured the extra Oil out of the frying pan.

I returned the pot to the stove, added the diced Onions and Shrimp, and continued cooking for a few minutes until the Shrimps were cooked.

I then added half a can of Whole Kernel Corn and sauteed my combination for an additional few minutes, adding a few drops of Soya Sauce to achieve the colour.

How about that for creativity: Potatoes, Shrimp, and Corn!

What else could one desire.
