CHICKEN TANDOORI

Made with Mr. Goudas TANDOORI ROL & BAKE

The Tandoori flavour is highly treasured in Indian and Pakistani dishes. Chicken marinated in yoghurt, infused with tumeric, chilli and cayenne peppers cooked in a clay oven or barbequed.

Mmmm! Sounds good, however, you will need a cold refreshing drink, e.g. a glass of Sun Della Citrus Punch.

Mr. Goudas has developed a quick and easy Tandoori based batter for your convenience, should you feel like something out of the ordinary.

Purchase a package of chicken legs and a jar of Mr. Goudas Tandoori Rol & Bake. The jar is sufficient for a few uses.

Wash chicken. Pour a portion of the Rol & Bake on to a large plate. Place each piece of chicken in the mix and roll enough times to completely cover each piece.

Heat oven to 375 degrees F.

Arrange chicken on baking tray and place in oven. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until tender to your taste.

Serve with a bed of rice and a garden salad.
