SNAPPER RED or WHITE BAKED

RED OR WHITE SNAPPER BAKED

Served with Potato, Carrots, Broccoli, and Green Beans

Pick up 2 Red Snappers at your local fish store or grocery outlet and have them cleaned.

Once at home, wash fish, pat dry and sprinkle with salt, black pepper and lemon juice.

Place fish on a large baking tray and pour a generous amount of Extra Virgin Olive Oil over each fish.

Heat oven to 375 degrees F.

Wash vegetables. Dice 2 potatoes into eight even sized pieces. Dice carrots into thin slices. Wash broccoli and green beans.

Arrange potatoes and carrots around the fish and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.

Carefully remove tray from oven. Add broccoli and green beans. Replace cover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
