STEAK DINNER ( WITH POTATOES AND CARROTS )

2 T-bone steaks
2 cloves of garlic
1 onion
2 medium potatoes
2 carrots
1 green pepper
1 broccoli
1 can Mr. Goudas Mushrooms
1 tablespoon Mr. Goudas Trinidad Style Hot Sauce
2 teaspoons Mr. Goudas Seasoning Sauce
Wash steaks and place in a marinating bowl.
Add seasoning sauce, chopped onion, garlic, and black pepper.
Cover bowl and shake gently. Allow to sit for 1 -2 hours.

Slice each carrot, sweet pepper and potato into 4 sections.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Transfer steaks and seasonings in large roasting pan, cover and allow to cook for approximately 30 minutes.

Remove from oven, turn over. Add potatoes, broccoli, mushrooms, carrots, green pepper and hot sauce.

Cover and continue cooking for an additional 15 to 20 minutes or until tender to your taste and vegetables are cooked.

Remove from oven. Place steaks on serving plates and garnish with vegetables.
