OMELETTE, EGG with green peppers, onions, feta chese, Trinidad hot sauce, and Jalapeno peppers.
I suggest that you always have a bottle of Mr. Goudas Trinidad Hot Sauce as a staple in your kitchen cupboard because I always incorporate a tablespoon or two in my cooking to enhance the flavour of my dishes.
I do not have to show you how to break an egg or give specific instructions as how to cook them.
Check out the photo below.

Read the recipe on Mr. Goudas Trinidad Hot Sauce, and understand why Forest Gump was running for more than 3 years.
Make sure that you use Mr. Goudas Extra Virgin Olive Oil, with 0.1 to 0.8 acidity, which is grown, produced, and pacakged in Greece, and is considered to be one of the best Olive Oils in the world.
Don't forget to read the book about Olive Oil.
You can use any onions, including the crying kind.
Use only a very small portion of Jalepeno peppers, maybe 3 or 4 rings (slices), sometimes, if it is too hot, it may spoil the whole creation, considering that you have already added Trinidad Hot Sauce.
Allow eggs to cook for few minutes.
You may fold half of the omelette over, thereby, cooking on both sides.
