CORN ON THE COB

During the summer months, Corn on the Cob is very common in supermarkets.

Some have the husks on or some may be already clean.

Pick up a few.

There are many ways of consuming corn on the cob.

The simplest is to wash and eat as is.

Another way is to boil them until tender.  

At that stage, you may eat as is or speed some butter or margarine over the cob.

BBQ corn as a snack, an aperitif, side dish, as, as, as, is a favourite any time.

All you need to add is butter and salt, if you so choose.

 Try to chew the kernels of corn before you swallow because the next day, you will see them looking right back at you!

The reason is that the stomach cannot digest the whole kernels of corn.

Chewing the corn before swallowing can solve the problem though.

Therefore, take the time to chew them properly.
