Mr. Goudas Chinese Style Rice not only excellent for Chinese Fried Rice, it is excellent for Vegetable Fried Rice.
It is rather unique with respect to the variety of vegetable included:
Zucchini, Red Pepper, Green Onions, Baby Carrots and Celery.
Any type of Fried Rice requires that the Rice be cooked in advance of the final stages of preparation.
Seasoned chef or thoroughly organized cooks prepare the rice the day or night before and refrigerate it.
Alternately, you may simply use refrigerated left-over rice.

Therefore, assuming the above rice situation, remove your rice from the refrigerator and set aside.
In addition to the previously mentioned vegetables, you will also need 1 Egg, Mr. Goudas Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper to taste, Mr. Goudas Trinidad Style Hot Sauce (papaya-filled and full bodied for extra flavour), 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil for that exotic Chinese flavour (optional).
Thoroughly rice all your vegetable and chop them into very small even pieces (like you would feed to a baby, ha, ha!).
Should you not possess a Chinese Wok, you may use a large frying pan or pot.
Pour one cooking spoonful of Mr. Goudas Extra Virgin Olive Oil into your pot and heat up on medium/low heat.
Add all the vegetables and stir fry for a couple minutes.
Stir frequently to blend them together.
Crack open the egg in a small bowl and beat (whisk) with a fork.
Pour over the vegetables and blend in quickly to avoid having large chunks of fried egg with your rice.
Add your cooked rice a bit at a time, all the while blending it with a cooking fork.
Continue this process until you have added all the cooked rice.
In the final stages add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste, Sesame Oil, and a tablespoon of Mr. Goudas Trinidad Style Hot Sauce.
Turn of stove and transfer to a serving platter.
The combination of vegetables makes this dish particularly appealing to the eye and taste buds and your family and friends will be so impressed with your culinary skills!
