VEGETABLES SOUP with EGG and LEMON
Should you happen to be feeling sick.
Like I mean, really, really, sick, as if the world was coming to an end, and you have tried from everything recommended by your friends and neighbours, like Buckley's, Benelyns, cough syrups, pain relievers, nasal sprays, and the list does not stop.
At the same time, your nose is dripping, your eyes are creating a waterfall, your throat is speaking in another languange, you have tripple vision, your animal is trying to console you because they can tell your are in trouble, you feel so weak, your feet cannot hold up your body.
Even the washroom seems like you need an airplane to get you there, and the only thing that comes to mind is who is handling your funeral arrangments.
Well, things like this happens from time to time, some people blame the weather, some people blame their mother-in-law, some people blame some exotic flu from Malaguaya, etc, etc, etc.
Nevertheless, you are in this condition for which you have to get out of.
This has happened to me sometimes as well, and I know the feeling.
If you have someone that can make this soup for you, then you are one lucky person, but if I assume that you have nobody, I would like you to exercise what strength left you have and make the following soup, which I portray in easy to follow picture details.
You obviously need all kinds of vegetables and the ingredients I list below, basically whatever you have in your fridge or icebox.
1 cup of Mamma Lucia Calrose Rice
1 Fresh Lemon
2 tablespoons of Extra Vigrin Olive or Vegetable Oil
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Fill a medium casserole 1/2 full of water and bring to a boil.
Put all the vegetables you have prepared (cut already into small pieces).
Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil.
Add 1 Cup of Mamma Lucia Calrose Rice.
Add salt and black pepper to taste and continue cooking until rice is tender.
Turn off the stove.
Break the 2 eggs into a big glass bowl, have the juice of 1 fresh lemon ready
(remove the seeds). Whisk the eggs and slowly add lemon juice.
Continue whisking the eggs and lemon juice until it becomes bubbly.
While whisking, take a cup of juice from the pot and slowly pour into the eggs/lemon mixture, continue whisking the mixture. Then repeat with a second and third cup of juice from the pot.
The reason for doing is to breakdown the egg mixture so it does not clump when you pour it back into the pot.
The next step will be to pour this egg/lemon mixture back into the pot.
To do so, you have to be very careful and pour the mixture into the pot slowly as you now begin beating the contents.
When you are finished pouring, hold the handle of the casserole and gently shake it.
Again, it is important to follow the directions in the finishing stages correctly, otherwise, if you do not beat the eggs properly or do not pour it slowly, the eggs will cook and the soup will have flakes of cooked eggs on the surface.
This is not what we need.
The above recipe is one of the favourites of Mr. Goudas and he recommends it to people who are suffering from a cold and want to have a very light but nutritional soup.
Needless to say, that there is a song with the lyrics as follows:
Goudas Rice is very nice.
Goudas Rice is very nice
It is good for pelau and Chinese fried rice
So take my advice and buy Goudas Rice.
Bon Apetit and feel well.

I am not in favour of using salt of any kind, however, since you need to have your body consume more liquids, by introducing salt, it creates an automatic desire to consume more liquids.
You can consume this soup hot. Later on, if you wish, continue to have more soup, until your strength returns.
I know that I mentioned water as an ingredient above, and I'm not here trying to sell you anything, however, in the last 25 years, I have developed a product called Mr. Wu Chicken Broth, which I believe, the whole can should be added to your water, which will give you extraordinary and exceptional taste to an already amazing soup.
Nevertheless, you only put 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil.
You may as well know, that the Mr. Goudas Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the best in the world, no if's and's or but's.
I wrote a book for you to read after you get better, and I know you will get better.
