FETTUCINI with Mr. Goudas Pasta Sauce
Welcome to the Mr. Goudas line of fine Pasta.
Fettucini has the same ingredients as other types of pasta, such as, elbows, spaghetti, spaghettini, penne, etc., and derives its name from the flat shape of the noodles.
Cooking instructions for my pasta are printed on the packaging and I assure you that you will not go wrong.
Bring a pot of water to a full boil add Fettucini and cook for nine (9) minutes.
The photos below are a visual guide to the final stages of preparing this dish.
Place a frying pan on stove at medium level.
Add one cooking spoonful of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (with acidity level of 0.1 - 0.8% listed on the label).
Depending upon the number of people being served add 3 to 4 spoonfuls of Pasta Sauce per person.
Add 3 to 4 spoonfuls of water and blend.
You may add some hot sauce, salt and black pepper to taste.
Stir for a minute or two to blend ingredients.
Add your cooked Fettucini.
Remember no additional cooking is required.
It is simply a matter heating up your Pasta Sauce and blending in the Fettucini.
I suggest that you gently stir the Fettucini to avoid breakage.
(This applies to all pasta.)
Pour unto a serving platter or individual plates.
Sprinkle a generous portion of Parmesan or Romano Cheese over the Fettucini.
Of course, Fettucini may be used in different ways and very soon I will have enough time to create and incorporate a Fettucini Alfredo recipe for all my loyal followers.
