VEGETABLES STIR FRY

Mmmm! Do you love vegetables? Yes! 

This is going to be your favouritest, yes favouritest dish. 

Broccoli, Cauliflower, Celery, Onions, Orange and Green Sweet Peppers stir fried in Extra Virgin Olive Oil. 

Cut each stem of Broccoli about 2 inches below the flowers slice in such a manner that each flower has a bit of the stem. 

Break/cut Cauliflower into individual flowers. 

Cut Peppers in half. 

Remove the seed and proceed to cut each half into quarters.  

Cut Celery Stalk into 1 inch pieces.

 

Place all the vegetables into a colander/vegetable strainer.
Wash thoroughly under cool running water. 
Allow to drain. 

Pour 2 to 3 tbsp. of Mr. Goudas Extra Virgin Olive Oil in your Chinese Wok (or large frying pan) on medium heat.  

Please note: Olive oil is very gentle and is not meant to be heated to high temperatures.

Add vegetables to heated oil and stir constantly for approximately 5 minutes. 

Add 1 tsp. of Sesame Oil to give that exotic Chinese flavour to your Stir Fry. 

The sauted vegetables may be served as a dish by itself, or as a side dish with rice or noodles.



This dish is a vegetarian's delight.

Pour onto a large serving tray.
