1 cup Mr. Goudas Corn Meal
4 cups of water
1/4 cup Mr. Goudas Condensed Milk
1/2 tsp Cinnamon or 1 Cinnamon Stick
1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
Place Corn Meal in a medium sized bowl and add 1 cup of water.
Mix Corn Meal and water together.
Place the 3 cups of water in a medium sized saucepan and bring to a boil.
Add the Corn Meal and water paste.
Reduce heat to medium.
Using a fork, begin stirring the mixture.
It is necessary to stir the cooking Corn Meal constantly for approximately 5 minutes to avoid lumps.
Add the Milk, Vanilla Essence and Cinnamon.
Cook for approximately 10 minutes on low/medium heat.
