Mmmm! Like Cookie Monster of Sesame Street, we all love Cookies.

They are delicious. They are sweet. They are yummy.
The photo is of a tray of Cookies that was taken by Spyros Peter Goudas at an Italian Wedding Reception.
Please accept our apologies because we will not be revealing the recipes because they are not easy to make.

In fact, they are very detailed and time consuming. They contain pieces of almonds, have a light sweetness, a crunchiness, sprinkles of Icing Sugar, white chocolate with delicate almonds on the inside.

So, therefore, even if we gave you the recipe, you may mess it up.
Oh, yeah! We know that you would like a sample. Okay. You may have the third slice from the right. No. Not that one! The next one on the left of that one.  Delicious! Yes?

Stop that. Do not dip it in your Cappuccino!

Anyway. Should you wish to have this recipe, we suggest that you consult an Italian Cookbook, the mother of one of your Italian friends or visit an Italian Bakery and buy some.

See, it is as simple as A B C~!

Note of advise: It is very, very important that you do not steal them and put them in your pockets. Because, by the time you arrive home, you will have a pocket full of crunchy dust.

So therefore, if you want to take some home. First, you find out who made them. Should it be a lady, go to her and say the following word by word:
Mama I love your cookies. I love your baking. They are so wonderful, so mouthwatering. I have already had a few of them and believe me I would love to take some home.

You may end up with a small container full of cookies to take home.

A thank you kiss and hug is very important.
