TUNA SAUTEED with ONIONS and TOMATO

SERVED ON A BED OF RICE (with Peas and Carrots)
1 can of Mr. Goudas Chunk Light or Flaked Tuna
1 large Onion
1/4 cup Onion
1 tablespoon Mr. Goudas Trinidad Style Hot Sauce
3 tablespoon Extra Virgin or Soya Oil

In a large frying pan heat oil at medium level.

Add chopped onion, garlic, green onion, salt and pepper.

Saute for 2 to 3 minutes until the Onions are golden in colour.

Add tomatoes and tuna. Gently mix to combine all the ingredients.

Cover and let simmer for a few more minutes.

Serve with rice as per photo.
