TUNA (sauted with onions and tomato)
SERVED ON A BED OF RICE (with Peas and Carrots)
1 can of Chunk Light or Flaked Tuna
1 large Onion
1/4 cup Herb and Spice Tomatoes
2 cloves of Garlic
1 green Onion
1 tablespoon Mr. Goudas Trinidad Style Hot Sauce
3 tablespoon Extra Virgin or Soya Oil
In a large frying pan heat oil at medium level.
Add chopped onion, garlic, green onion, peppers. salt and pepper.
Sautee for 2 to 3 minutes until the onions is golden in colour.
Add tomatoes and tuna.
Gently mix to combine all the ingredients.
Cover and let simmer for a few more minutes.
Serve with rice as per photo.
