Here you are in the store at the meat section, trying to pick up a T-bone Steak, Rib Steak, Liver, Chicken and whatever.
You totally ignore another cut of meat that is not on the counter.
We are talking about meat bones or soup bones.
If you do not see them on the counter, ask the butcher.
He may have some in the back.
Tell him that you need a bag of Beef Bones, enough to fill up a Stock Pot.
Once at home, wash them and place them in the pot filled with water.
Bring to boil. Discard water, rinse again and refill with water.
Bring to another boil. Cover and reduce heat to medium and continue simmering.
Turn on the television and search for the film Gone With the Wind which is approximately 4 hours long.
This is approximately the length of time that you need to see some results.
To understand what results means- you remove one of the bones from the pot and try to remove the meat.
If you are successful in doing so, your dish is ready.
If not, continue watching another film, preferably Ben Hur which is 3 hours long.
What I am trying to show you is that Beef Bones or Soup Bones require a very, very, very, long cooking time, in reality 3 to 4 hours.
Assuming that you have the patience, take the bones out and remove the meat from the bones.
Give the bones to the dog to play with.
With the meat left over, along with the jelly that has been cooked, add salt and black pepper to taste, a tablespoon of Mr. Goudas Trinidad Hot Sauce along with lots of lemon.
I do not suggest that you use Lemon Juice or Seasoning from the bottle.
Use fresh lemon and squeeze it into the pot, which will give you a superb taste.

This soup is very nourishing and great for colds.
On a final note, in the story of Leonidas and the 300 Spartans which is incorporated in the TUBE Section of the flyermall.com website, the soldiers were fed with a liquid boiled from meat called Melas Zomos.
According to mythology, the 300 Spartans beat the mierda out of 300,000 Persians.
If you do not know what the word mierda means, click on the Latino Masa Creations link and enjoy the narrative.
By the way, a few minutes after I finished taking the photo for the presentation, I was allowed to consume the contents.
