MR. GOUDAS SCENTED RICE VERMICELLI WITH VEGETABLES
How do you like the picture?
Does it not look delicious?
You have no idea how easy it is to create.
Let us begin, step by step.
The first thing you need is Mr. Goudas Thai Thai Vermicelli.
There are all kinds of Vermicelli on the market, some of which are made from wheat, and some from rice. Mr. Goudas Thai Thai Vermicelli is made from scented rice.
To test Vermicelli at the store level, squeeze the package gently, should the Vermicelli be broken up in pieces, this is not the right one.
Vermicelli should have some flexibility and not broken easily.
Taste is another thing.
Pour 3 to 4 cups of water into a pot and bring to a boil. Take a handful of Vermicelli and boil until tender to your taste. Drain Vermicelli.
In a large frying pan, heat up some 3 to 4 tbsp. of Mr. Goudas Extra Virgin Olive Oil and saute a diced onion, some snow peas and shredded carrots for a few minutes.
You may add small pieces of shrimp, if so choose.
When the vegetables are sauted to your satisfaction, add the Vermicelli to the vegetables.
Stir a couple times blend the Vermicelli with the sauted vegetables.
Add some salt, black pepper and a few drops of soya sauce, if you like the taste, it adds a wonderful flavour to the dish.
I hope you enjoy Mr. Goudas Rice Vermicelli with Vegetables.
It may become one your favourites.
Is it not wonderful discovering a new dish?
What a change from meat and potatoes!
As far as the taste is concerned, I leave that up to you!
Just a friendly reminder: Use Mr. Goudas Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt and Black Pepper.
