Well, we are going to teach you how to make it in the restuarant called: Your Kitchen!
Cut one potato into small cubes, approximately, 1/2 inch squares.
Heat some Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a frying pan on medium heat and start frying them.
Stir occasionally for even cooking.
Half way through, add a couple slices of bacon.
Fry for a few minutes and it will be perfect in colour.
Remove potatoes and bacon from the frying pan and place on a plate IN THE EXACT POSITION AS THE PICTURE!
With the remaining oil in the frying pan with the flavour from the potatoes and the bacon, crack 2 eggs, one at a time of course, and let them cook.
You may carefully bend the frying pan a bit and using a cooking spoon transfer some of the oil to the top of the eggs.
Be careful not to spill oil on to the stove top or all over the place.
Turn off stove. Place eggs on plate, IN EXACTLY THE SAME POSITION AS THE PICTURE.
Place a slice or two of bread into the toaster.
Do not make them too hard or too dry.
When finished, cut diagonally into halves.
POSITION EXACTLY AS THE PICTURE.
