1 lb Green Peas
1 yellow pepper
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon Mr. Goudas Seasoning Sauce
Wash peas and remove any withered pods.
Pour 4 cups of water in medium pot and bring to a boil. Immerse peas in boiling water, cover reduce heat and blanche for 3 to 5 minutes.

Remove pot from heat and drain liquid from the peas.

Melt butter over low heat in frying pan.

Add chopped onion, garlic and pepper and allow to saute for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add peas and stir-fry for a few minutes, gently incorporating all the ingredients and to allow the flavour to penetrate the peas.

Add seasoning sauce - it will give your dish a tangy zest.

Serve warm as a side dish.
