GREEN BEANS SALAD
1 lb Green beans
1 yellow pepper
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon Mr. Goudas Seasoning Sauce
Wash beans and remove any withered beans.
Pour cup of water ans one Chicken beoth in medium pot and bring to a boil.
Immerse beans in boiling water, cover reduce heat and blanche for 5 to 10 minutes.
Remove pot from heat and drain liquid from the beans.
Melt butter over low heat in frying pan.
Add chopped onion, garlic and pepper and allow to saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add beans and stir-fry for a few minutes.
Gently incorporating all the ingredients and to allow the flavour to penetrate the beans.
Add seasoning sauce it will give your dish a tangy zest.
Serve warm as a side dish.
