MACARONI SALAD

1 package Elbow Macaroni/shells/rings
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 can Mr. Goudas Mixed Vegetables
1/2 cup Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1 green onion
1 small onion
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Paprika


Fill a large pot 2/3 full of water and bring to a boil.
Add macaroni and vegetable oil bring to a boil and cooking until macaroni is tender to your taste.
Drain and rinse and transfer to a large serving bowl.

Cut the green pepper, red pepper, green onion and onion into fine pieces.
Add to macaroni.
Open and drain can of mixed vegetables.
Add to macaroni and vegetables.

Add mayonnaise/miracle whip to mixture and gently stir to mix all the ingredients.

Sprinkle generously with paprika.

Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour to allow all the flavours to penetrate the pasta.

This dish is traditionally served cold.
