120 gr. of peas, 100 gr. of potatoes, 100 gr of carrotts, or one can of mix vegetables, salt. For the mayonnaise: two eggs, a pinch of salt, the juice of one lemon, about 2 tbsp of oil.
Prepare a mayonnaise sauce with two eggs, adding a pinch of salt, the juice of one lemon and oil. Use the mixer to blend, adding oil until the eggs can absorb it.
1 can of mixed vegetables. Pour the mayonnaise over the ingredients already combined.
